I did? Come on, how much? I suspect it makes your argument about over-priced big branded skis look silly.

Also don't see any Park 'n' Pipe skis in the Lagriffe line up so probably irrelevant to the OP. More like Pipe 'n' Slippers J

In this case I would to be honest - those Lagriffe skis have zero appeal to me after a brief browse of their website (just looks like a rip-off snob brand). I don't have anything at all against niche brands (I tend to even favour them in many cases), but your comments about mainstream brands and those who choose to buy them was more than a bit pompous and deserved a good challenge.

What other conclusion would you come to after looking at their website?

That there's a niche market for highend high-tech artisan handmade crafted low volume stand-out skis, for example?
And THAT's most possibly the holy grail of this thread's initial direction. Rather than buy the obvious (over-priced offerings from already dissed mass production manufacturers) there's a Snowhead checking out the pro's and cons of independent ski producers based in Europe! And most possibly NOT the plasticy fantasticky offering from the likes of Sally/Tomics.
For your info Salomon skis I've had... Equipe 9000 S2, 2V LAB, 1080 LAB CR, Salomon X3 (Japanese market 3V), XWing Fury, Xwing Hurricane, and a couple of others I've forgotten.
It was the Fury and the Hurricane that proved the plasticky disappointments.
Atomic skis ............. Coax.

Oh there's definitely a market for these and it's obvious from the marketing
Still don't see a freestyle model in their range anyway? I thought the OP was looking for something along the lines of the Whitedot One or a Euro equivalent of Armada etc. Outside of the odd fleabay cast-off these are hardly going to represent good value for money either.

Who cares? The point is that the mass producers make decent skis too, even if you don't think so. Get over it.
