Satellite measurements may yet show the Rubicon was crossed at some point late on 27 November, but with today's snowfall it would only be the most cold hearted who would deny dobby's delight.

15cm of fresh reached during the day of the 27th for the Pyrenees and around 11pm on the 27th for the periphery of the French Northern Alps so taking the Alps as a whole it has to be after midnight.
