If anyone fancies meeting up again this year, we can agree a suitable place.
Rather than mucking about in the woods as per last time I'm thinking perhaps Cannock Chase might be better. More central for most and apparently there is some heather to play hide and seek in.
The other option would be Telford, but perhaps up on the Wrekin. That would give both slopes and\or heather although there would be a little walk up.

You can never do too much of this so I'll give it a go again. Both suggested venues are ok, but Cannock is nearer for me. When were you thinking of running this?

If it was Sat 16th Nov there is a good chance we could be there, have new beepers and need to practice a bit I think. Also would be good to get some advice from a few more experienced users.

Kind of curious, and Cannock was one of my childhood excursions. The Wrekin is a little further out for me, but still doable if the timings work. Can't do the w/e of 9-10th or the 16th Nov, but I'm only a maybe, so don't plan around me.
