Stephen, I think ther taxi is full from Grenoble to Alpe d'Huez. eshroom booked the taxi. I think your best bet is Bensbus or www.SkiShuttle.co.uk. (snowheads larest news letter sponsor). I'm booked Bensbus on the return leg myself.

Right then. I've held off making any comment on this thread, even though I'd confirmed days ago. I didn't want to temp fate as I've had to cancel 2 previous trips and I haven't been on snow since March 2010.
But now: Office is closed, shoulder is sort-of ok and loadsamoney transferred to my Fairfx Eurocard.

Conditions incredible! was lovely and not too uncomfortable even at 3300.
Sunny, lots of powder (which I dislike, incidentally! - Give me a rock hard piste I can carve up anyday!)
