Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Missing Whitedot Skis

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
Early afternoon on Thursday 20th January a pair of new unmounted Whitedot Altum 104 187cm skis boxed up for collection from my shop by UPS were mistakenly collected by the Tuffnells driver. The skis were in a plain manilla 190x20x10cm heavy duty cardboard wrapped at both ends and around the middle with my red/yellow logo'd The Piste Office parcel tape. The parcel had the UPS label attached and with my shop return address label on the back.

Tuffnells have today declared the parcel as lost. This is what the ski look like: https://www.whitedotskis.com/collections/altum-series/products/altum-104 and they'll have a serial number between 20200060 and 20200070 (we're currently contacting recent customers re their serial numbers so we can ascertain the exact serial number by deduction).

If you're offered these skis please contact either me or Carl at Whitedot Skis. Information leading to their return will be rewarded.

You lost a set of Whitedots in Oct 2019. Must be the same delivery driver needing an upgrade!

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Fortunate. Now if anyone finds a carbon kevlar kayak paddle somewhere between Cornwall and Scotland...

Excellent, sounds like there is at least one sentient person within the Tuffnells organisation, who didn’t just rely on the ‘computer says no’ message and applied some lateral thinking, then decided it would take the same amount of effort to return them as to deliver them Very Happy
