Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

the fitters took approx 2-3 hours to get me sorted, with me asking all sorts of 'daft' questions to make sure I knew what was going on

all of the above thanks to the information, advice and guidance posted on here in response to questions by others about boot fitting

Unfortunately not, Craigdon in Perth, couldn't get them in the size I need, mondo 24, had a look on the net and phoned a few shops

ended in Snow and Rock in Kensington, London on a day trip by EasyJet - I think I'm jet lagged today!

AlpineWalker, another b5 owner, excellent.

It's dead easy to adjust the binding length for your boots, although you wouldn't think so reading the Atomic instructions. If you PM me your email address I'll send you a series of photos/instructions of how to do it. Also I'd definately recommend that you set the bindings to the forward postion.

thanks for the offer, the bindings aren't even mounted yet, took them home in the box with the still wrapped skis, shop are going to mount them to the new boots (they knew i was buying new boots)

PS don't know if these new boots are such a good match for the b5's, the 2006 model b5 is silver, gold & red! Laughing

AlpineWalker, Sorry, didn't realise that they weren't mounted. Just get the store to mount them in the forward position.
