I am an intermediate skier been skiing about 10 times and am reasonably comfortable on most blacks
I do have narrow feet and skinny legs

Ramma666, unless the rest of you is as skinny as your legs they may be a bit too flexible for you, although TBH the fit and comfort is probably just as important to you? Nordica boots are well made though and if they're comfy and in good nick and you don't want to splash out then why not?

And love to help out and answer questions and of course, read each other's snow reports.

Ramma666, On snow they will stiffen in cold temperatures, many experts ski in boots rated at 100 particularly for free skiing

You know it makes sense.

I am 5'11" and 12.5 stone with narrow ankles. I have the 100/110's and find them a very good fit with plenty of ankle support. I'm no expert but am v happy with them.

Ramma666, I have some Speedmachine 10's. They were way too tight to start but they loosened up - so much so that I can get heel lift sometimes. I find the liner can re-shape if my feet get hot whilst skiing but they generally are fine by the following morning. I am neither fit, nor light weight and I am an agressive skier so I think these boots were not quite right for me but I am still skiing them at the moment.
