Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better!
Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

I'm heading off to Ischgl and would really like to know where I can find some good off-piste guides for this area (for experienced skiers).

Thanks. We are only two persons. I've been joining the Piste to Powder open groups @ Sankt Anton for around €100 which has been perfect days. Alternatively, that is just a 40 min drive away from Ischgl.

as well regarding open groups; you can't book into a group with a specific skill level up front, but must show up at their office in the morning to see if there are enough people. There might be enough riders, but then you must consider if the skill level as well.

the off piste i a little tamer in iscghl compared to some of the higher itinaries in sankt anton , but there is a lot of ground to cover , if a recall correctly a 3 hr tour in the afternoon with a private guide (martin) cost in the region of 240 euros for three people , its worth a look as you get a lot of miles for your money , and no long walk outs
