Despite the limitation in your staff's good character however, I am willing to offer you personally the benefit of the doubt and will provide you with an additional 24 hours to diffuse this situation before it spirals out of your control. I am seeking closure on this issue, either through an agreed resolution with your company or though the cathartic benefits of the type of campaigns I mentioned in my previous letter, despite the expense.
No one, no one, writes like that and gets taken seriously. You write with too much emotion, you should have kept to the facts, not gone off on one like a loon.
Sounds liek a bit of a misunderstanding made WAY worse by punter acting like a tool when trying to complain.

agreed and extremely unfair on the employee. The OP must have aspirations of being on Dispatches

quite common.
People think they're in the right, and totally fail to see the bigger picture and their subsequent reputation.
Seen it the other way around where it was the trader that by persistently sending out legal letters was actually harming his trade, not those complaining publicly. Numerous friends of mine were recipients of such letters. Said friends talked about this in the community, then 1 got 1 more for being libellous. Funnily enough those legal letters sent by the trader were factual evidence of sending legal threats so that friend said "OK - bring it on! ". Earned himself a 5 figure sum in compensation from the trader who has basically shot himself in the foot.
Another was a parent of a child at my old primary school. 8yr old kid had successfully surfed porn on the school computers. Parent thought "this is a disgrace... we'd better tell the local news media". Presumably thinking it'd disgrace the headmaster and Kent County Council education dept. Totally passed her by that 1. the school had net nanny software that was well maintained, but holes are always possible, and 2. that her son was actively seeking porn, and it was HER actions that published this all over the news! Had she taken it up with the Head and/or KCC it would have been resolved quickly and nobody would look a fool.
Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

I'd secretly film her for less than that.

Dear simon2791,
Be advised that I am most displeased that my watching of your video, and subsequent perusal of the
Emails caused me to leave work late- a most unsatisfactory situation indeed.
Listening to your side of the argument made me feel very little sympathy for you, and ultimately
Left me wondering if you have difficulties taking responsibilty for your actions, and are
Even unaware of how to write a sensible email to a company when things have really gone wrong.
Needless to say, I sincerely hope that you will learn from this experience and will make
Diligent efforts to avoid blaming a service provider for your own mistakes.
Lots of love
MrSteve

Would this be the same Chamexpress that made a terrific effort to get lots of stranded people back from Chamonix during the Ash Cloud crisis?
I know I would trust them 100% after that.

Congratulations simon2791, that was the lamest attempt at a customer complaint I have seen for a while. I think our maths tutor may need to go and see an English tutor for a top up on his speaking and listening skills.

simon2791, you are making yourself out to be an odious cretin. Digging a deeper hole is probably not the way to go but obviously as a pleb I defer to your tremendous ego.

Gotta hand it to 'em Chamexpress have got some great marketing.
Loads of mentions on here (and thus Google) and they still don't give snowHeads discount!
I am successful, wealthy, arrogant and Australian.
If I was wealthy I'd pre-book private transfers before my trip and not faff around with the low-cost transfer services. But having decided to slum it, why didn't you book the return trip at the outset, at Gva?

I always think it's wise to accuse people of being poorly educated in a post with spelling and punctuation errors. It shows that you're only joking.
All the 'successful' people I know wouldn't have the time for this or the original argument. Whole thing smacks of insecurity, not success.
Id say it would only be fair to cross post this thread onto his own youtube video presentation - but it has so little views its not worth the effort?

i am not wealthy or Australian, but can be considered a little arrogant and have in fact already booked my transfers from Chambery to Courchevel and back. Its called planning......
Simon,
You may well be in the right on this one, but equally you may not. You made a point, badly, with the original post and are now makng yourself look like a whinging pom, how long have you been over here by the way?
I would probably suggest you take your complaint through whatever official channels you consider appropriate, but feel free to pop back and let us know if it has been either emotionally or financially fruitful, we are a miserable unforgiving bunch here.
Chamexpress, can snowheads have a discount now please?

simon2791, God yer a Dick . . . and demonstrating it in public is going to do wonders for you business because, Mr. Simon Walsh of http://www.mathsdoctor.tv/Maths-tutor/, people and potential clients do their research and you demonstrating that you have limited social skills, breathtaking arrogance, and the complete lack of common sense to book a return journey transfer on holiday is not a great advert to your competence . . . is it Mr. Simon Walsh of http://www.mathsdoctor.tv/Maths-tutor/?

Would suggest poor planning for the presentation. His intro also suggests poor planning. He was just talking with no clear direction. I see a theme developing

Given your internet teaching, the above statement is slightly at odds with Macmillan Digital Educations aims. Maybe your huge personal resources could be of benefit to us all.
Not so wealthy and successful that you could not walk away from this.
You were a teacher, and you sold a small business, not Lord Sugar are you.
