Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
Off to Mayrhofen on Saturday (cant wait). Doing the usual pre trip research etc. I am sure I read somewhere that there is a sort of "secret" piste somewhere in Mayrhofen accessed from a short track but for the life of me I cant remember where I read it. Anyone able to help?

Nip off blue 2 and you can ski to the bottom of Larchwald ski lift through the trees.

At the top of the Knoreen, heading to piste 1 about half way hang right of the ledge and through the trees brings you out at the bottom of hte Penken express.

Over near the old 2 man in Rastkogel there are some nice trees to

Perhaps you mean the tree run that links the Rastkogel side to Eggalm, that comes out at the Vogelnest restaurant. Its on the piste map (quite central) as a dotted red line with number one on it, its a very sedate run that winds down through the trees. I suppose its something that you could miss, the bottom of blue 3 doesn't lead straight into it, you have to traverse over 50 metres or so (or at least you did when I last visited 3 or 4 years ago).

It's probably the one above you are thinking about, or is it o/p you mean, the secret stash in the valley of death and valley of doom.
