Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

What ski TV coverage can we expect in the UK this year?

Sorry, I'm being a tad lazy in the hope that someone out there already knows. So...what can we expect in the UK in terms of ski reporting, especially freestyle?

Anyone got any ideas? We have NTL cable but no video hard disk...

An insert in a recent skiing magazine advertised the Channel 4 skiing coverage, see http://www.hothouse-productions.com for more details. Basically 20-Nov-2005 until 26-March-2006, Wednesday night and Sunday mornings for skiing, Fridays (no time of day listed) snowboarding.

David, although there was this snowHeads thread on the subject earlier this month, not a lot of light was thrown on the question.

I don't think Channel 4 have publicised any programme plans yet. The BBC will have the Turin Winter Olympics in Feb, presumably. I guess the satellite channels are your best bet. Transworld Sport on Channel 4 (it's at 7.05am, Sunday) sometimes has excellent snowsports stuff, so I'd keep an eye on that.

I thought I'd be cunning and set up a marker for Digiguide to pick up anything snow related on the freeview set of channels, and I have to say I struck lucky wink

When I was at the ski show there were some guys advertising "Snow Patrol" on discovery or life channel or something. As someone who only has a 2nd hand freebee digbox I listened no further. Can anyone shed any light?
