Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
Hi guys,

After being mucked about by work and not getting away this year due to that me and the wife have booked Xmas 2013 and now looking for a March get away with our 4 year old.

We're going Tignes for Xmas and looking at Val Thorens in March although we wouldnt mind Tignes as we really likes it there and the ski school was pretty good for my lad last year

As its getting late on in the season what do you reckon ?

Regards

Leigh.

 Obviously A snowHead isn't a real person

Doesn't matter what time of the season, both will almost certainly have snow right until the end of April. If you like Tignes and know you will enjoy it, not bored of it, go back. Not much to choose between Tignes and VT really, other than access to l'Ours Blanc in Les Menuires from VT where the best value lunch in the Alps is on offer.

Monium, the main issue was is VT high enough for snow late-ish on in the season and youve answered that so thank you.

Getting bored of Tignes this was a thought yes, we where there last xmas and going again xmas 2013 so another resort would be good ?
