A lot of people big-up this fleece; but surely not everyone has bought this online?
I'm trying to find a store in North West England that stocks it, so I can try on various sizes before I purchase.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

RichTraff, can't help but you need to be aware that the sizing is a little small.

Trouble is I haven't owned anything MH before. You say the sizing is a little small - do you mean tight fitting or shirt on arms and body too?

Medium is perfect for me and I'm 39" chest, wide shoulders, long arms, slim.
This is the Alchemy soft shell which is my ski jacket of choice on a nice day where I just wear one layer beneath.
Their stuff is an 'atheltic' fit. Avoid if you're lardy.

Tried Cotsworld when I was in the lakes at the weekend. No joy.
S&R only stock it in some stores. They do click & collect though and so I've opted for this. I've gone with medium.
Not a lot of places do free returns, therefore I this is the best option.

I like my base and mid layers tighter though. Tight like a tiger.

. i've got reasonably long arms and they are fine. Just wear a t shirt/base layer under mine.
