Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

OK I think it should be a lower case "D", but then I do not speak French.

The google translate is " "they do not include linen, sheets, pillowcases, pillows and towels D'"

It looks like the standard bring your own sheets, pillowcases and towels to me. I would also take duvet covers.

Later on there is probably a section where you can hire them.

"ils ne comprennent pas" They are not included.

i.e. you don't get em. (from all the agencies I've rented from you've been able to rent sheets and pillowcase, I think in les menuires where we rented direct from the owner they came from a place in the Croisette )

Third-party liability policy, most likely. Common here in CH at least. Intended to cover any damage you might cause to the property. Maybe check your household insurance to see if it covers TPL

Third-party liability sounds quite specific and might be right although I am not sure what would be the difference between third-party liability and public liability. I am under the impression the latter would cover damage to physical entities.

They want to see proof that you are insured against damage to the apartment, which could be far greater than the damage deposit, usually paid by a cheque returned to you uncashed if all is well. your holiday insurance might well already include this.
