Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Poster: A snowHead
Hi
Am in the market for a back protector & like the look of the Salomon; Am struggling to find a size chart to show what size will fit corresponding body ( torso ) size . If anyone can find a link I would much appreciate it.
Thanks

 Obviously A snowHead isn't a real person

Sorry, can't help with the sizing point, but thought i'd mention that i wore my alpinestar motorbike back protector for a short while snowboarding after a spinal fracture. I had to give up on it in the end because it was sooooo hot, and the waist/kidney belt had a tendency to ride up your torso with the core rotation you experience snowboarding. Maybe the salomon one is better though.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Mitchell, Get in shop and try them I am normally Large in most things but needed the X-L in the flex cell, I have a big chest but the problem was making sure the flexx cell padding covered right up to the base of the neck as reccomended.

It is a great piece of kit you will hardly know you have it on, (Have vested interest) but it is a super product.

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

Also consider one of the padded jackets with the back protector built in, I find it much more comfortable than the back protector with the added advantage of additional padding on elbows, shoulders etc (I fall over a lot!).
When combined with padded shorts and knee pads I do look like the Michelin man (and I'm a girl) but makes for far more comfortable landings!
