When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Hey everyone, I was just wondering what was the true replacement for the Salomon TwentyTwelve model that seems to have been replaced this year? I have a deep love for my pair but they are pretty knackered after two hard seasons. Many thanks snowheads!!

Nice thanks, never head of those to be honest and I thought I'd looked pretty hard! I was going to check the dimensions of my own skis but i've already packed them, I'll check them when I'm out there and see whats similar, thanks again!

Jakejenks, I was alluding to your post typo but I got the size wrong 90 not 88 (Rocker 2) perhaps try.

Cynic, the Rocker2 92 is the nearest equivalent to th 2012. Same geometry, improved edge construction I believe. The Rocker2 90 is the replacement for the Lord.

No its not!!! This has been dealt with on a few treads here! The 90 is a replacement for the 2012, not the Lord, its construction and dimensions are very different.

Fattes13, yeah I know it's come up before (and I believe you work for Salomon so should know) but if Cody Townsend says the 92 is a re-branded 2012 who am I to argue? Confused
