Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Superfeet Pink or Footdisc hardboot insoles

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
Afternoon,

Ive just bought some new snowboard boots and I'm looking for some insoles for them. I had a search through the forums (but I couldn't find anything specifically answering my question, unless I'm being a bit dumb..... very likely!!)

The insoles im currently considering are the Superfeet Hotpink or the Footdisc hardboot insoles. I was just wondering if anyone had any experience of them and which ones would be best ( as best as they can be for an off the shelf insole). They both look very similar to me from the info on their webpages.

Thanks

snow_badger, the superfeet will give a slightly firmer support than the footdisc but as you say there is not a lot in it, the hot pink does have a reflective backing to it so will keep your feet a little bit warmer

as to what one will be best, impossible for em to say without seeing your feet, superfeet does have a 60 day money back guarantee if that makes you more confident to buy and try

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

The new footdisc - now called currexSole Edge is a far superior product than the older footdisc insole for snowsports. With the footdisc/currexSole you get 3 different arch heights to match your foot and function - which provide a little more custom fit that a regular off the shelf 'one arch height fits all' product. The deep heel cup in the currexSole adapts to to heel for a great fit especailly when toeside. Give them a call - they know their stuff.

snow_badger, you should know that tailskidder is the importer of the insole he is championing so has a vested interest, and whilst i am a dealer for the superfeet product i also sell other products and being as you asked for a comparison i gave you as unbiased opinion as possible Little Angel
