Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

So what books do snowHead have on the shelves?

I have

http://textbooks.findthelisting.com/l/2361068/High-performance-skiing

and

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Handbook-Skiing-Pelham-practical-sports/dp/0720716144?tag=amz07b-21

with the Karl Gamma one being 'signed' by the man himself.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

"Breakthrough on the new skis" by Lito Tejade-Flores which is amazing, would recommend to any beginner or intermediate

"Ultimate Skiing" by Ron LeMaster which is fascinating and appears almost entirely irrelevant to skiing at any level I'm likely to reach Smile

"Inner Skiing" by Timothy Gallwey, which I found a little bit of a waste of time - "insights" that are interesting but slightly too obvious to be worthwhile repeating

Georges Joubert Skiing an Art a Technique All you ever need for a strong base

The Handbook of Skiing Karl Gamma ahem, but his section on avalement, jetting, turn about the tails and windscreen wiper turns can be seen in my skiing to this day.

But I noticed the SG at Beaver Creek was won by a huge "flying step onto the downhill ski" and at that speed he deserved it

Twenty others that are not owned up to!

Sorry for gods sake forgot the ultimate BASI alpine manual
