Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

EB Big Ski at Tamworth

Good fun last night at Tamworth, no goodie bag this year so guess the recession is biting but free vin chaud and Austrian style mince pies to keep you going and lots of skis to play with. Some of the ones I tried:
Armada TST, best of the night fast and lively, might have to go up to Castleford on Sat to try them out on something a bit less icy but already want some!
Armarda Triumph, perfect for the Tamworth hardpack, fast, stable and really responsive.
Armarda JJ Just a bit much for the space available but wouldn't mind trying them outdoors.
Salomon BBR 8.9, in a word boring! Maybe just not suited to me but hated them.
Salomon Rocker 90, much better than the BBR, not quite as good as the TSTs or Alibis but still good.
Scott Jib, good fun but needed more space and less people around to push them as hard as they seemed to want to be pushed.
Atomic Alibi, comes a close second to the TSTs but not quite as lively or out and out fun.
Dynastar Outland 80 pro, great fast piste ski, good sharp but predictable handling.
