Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Yeah, the 'Folie Douce Duex' will hopefully mean the Ronnie has to be a little more competitive.

The Ronny is where I learnt to ski Toofy Grin The mini travelator and me are best buddies!

It then became our regulator après-ski hang out.. watching everybody ski home half cut is always funny!

Kelv1n, yep it has been a regular haunt for learners we have been with over the last few years too!

Although, not a great entrance to that nursery slope, you have to dodge the odd 'narley' boarder shooting into the bar!

Had great fun watching some staff build a "kicker" there last April. It was awful, haha. Basically, a pile of slush with a couple of drain-pipes attached... and they fell!

Going to Meribel for the first time ever in February. Intend to hit every single cheesy apres ski bar I can, as much as possible.

As an old bu**er who is unlikely to ever step inside the FD, I suspect that its success and impact on the Ronnie will depend on how late the Saulire 1 and 2 lift is going to be kept open? Perhaps the Ronnie will become a better stopping off point for the old bu**ers! Coming back from the FD pissed after dark on skis is going to be an interesting prospect, I wonder how many skiers will end up in Motteret rather than Meribel?

FD Meribel only open until 5pm, to avoid exactly what you fear!
