Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Anyone ever used this application (Mac and Windows)?

It's awesome! Not too many ski resorts available, but I'm flying (with panning, tilting, zooming) over the whole of the Ski Dolomiti Superpass region, with every lift and run marked (with elevations and profiles in a side pane) and not too far off photo-realism.

The Everest one is brilliant - gives a really clear idea of the journey involved to reach the summit

Where is the actual link to the ski maps? Sorry I could not find.
I have seen some on Dolomitis resort websites, they are great.

I quite like 3D maps here as well: http://www.bergfex.at/serfaus-fiss-ladis/
Not a clear lay out but you can click on the run and watch the video taken while riding this piste. Nice Wink

laundryman, Yeah I have just seen a few interesting spots down in the south west of the dolomiti area that might be worth a look, will make a change from the circuit. Does anyone know how easy it is to get beyond Carezza?

The software is much better now since they updated it and fixed the bugs that caused it to crash.

Still not convinced it shows every run though. I'll have to have another look to see if it shows both runs off the top of the ciampinoi lift in Selva down to Plan de grabla.

jimmybog, it looks more or less how I remember it (it's been 2 years though) and more or less like the 2D map, I think.

If they have corrected it, there's hope for Apple Maps yet!
