Hi,
I'm going on my first snowboarding holiday in Slovenia next year in Jan/Feb and have been looking at some new gear as the stuff I've got at the moment isn't up to scratch. I am looking at the Santa Cruz Andromeda pants which are around £33 delivered on Sport Pursuit and look reasonably well specced for the price and are within my rather tight budget. I've been looking for and reviews on the quality of Santa Cruz clothing but not found anything which I assume is not a good sign.

crashman60, My other half has just take the plunge for a pair of the ladies Santa Cruz pants, I have read a couple of reviews elsewhere which questioned the build quality however for the money they are selling for if you get a couple of seasons out of them you can't complain too much.

Check the Surfanic sale. Doing men's ski pants for £29. I did a whole season in my old ones and they stood up alright. Good quality cheap kit.

Not forgetting TK Maxx. I want a cheap 2nd pair for my daughter for dry slope use and she tried on some nice O'Neill ones today, £30. Unfortunately even the Smalls were too big.

Thanks all! I might make a brief visit to TK Maxx and have a look and also look at Surfanic. I've just bought a Burton Poacher jacket so think I'll wait until that turns up before I decide on trousers as not sure on colour now.

My companies HQ is near Surfanic (which I think is poor kit) but when I passed the factory in a taxi the other day i'm sure I saw 80% off in their factory sale. If your near southend on sea in essex then it might be worth a trip.
