Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Hi , hope someone can help me I'm new to Snowheads and could do with some advice if poss ,I'm doing a season in Sauze D'oulx from Jan 2013 and would really appreciate picking an experienced brain or Two.
-Best place to buy a season pass ? Any discounts available from anywhere ? Are there different types e.g 5/6 days ? Is there a pass which covers the whole ski area ?
-Insurance advice , any recommendations of who does a good overall package?
-Any other hints / tips would be really appreciated.
Cheers !!

I couldn't see anywhere to buy online so it seems you may have to just buy at the lift office.

If you buy a season pass you don't have to worry about types/options.

There will be yes.

From what I can make out prices were hiked last season and so no really cheap options anymore. Personally I used Snowcard last year.

To get a discounted season pass you need to speak to people in that resort. Some companies can get discounted pass for their staff but they are not always easy to come by.
Some resorts offer a multipass that give you (for example) 50 days in a season - again depends on which resort you are heading for.
We use jsinsurance for seasons - we've only had to claim once a couple of years ago but they were very good and the insurance doesn't become void if you have to pop back to the UK for emergencies etc (some season insurances end the minute you leave the country).
