When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Having just snagged a new set of skis (many thanks to the reviews and suggestions from the Equipmet Reviews forum) at a bargain price from EdgeandWax (again recommended here with a nice little discount code to boot so thanks for that also) - my mind is now turning to the forthcoming ski hol.

A long weekend with the boys followed by a week with Mrs SM and a couple of friends.

So. Any sign of the white stuff yet?
And how will this year fare? We went to Italy last year whilst all the snow went elsewhere....
