Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Thinking of buying a second hand 2011/12 pair, has anyone tried them out, I can't find any reviews anywhere on the net! Very Happy

Thought the Reverse was brilliant on piste, really quick and nimble and must admit i preferred it to the crusade!

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

The Reverse was new to the Scott range last year and like most of their skis had a slow start to being recgonised as a good ski. For this coming season it will be one of their best selling skis and can be skied anywhere on the mountain. If your getting a good price you will have nice suprise when you hit the slopes.

I tried some last season: made a big difference to my skiing, had me carving about the piste at a decent speed, tight and wide turns. My mates even made a complimentary comment or two about the improvement in my skiing, so it must have been quite visible!

I tried quite a few skis last season with the aim of choosing a set to buy. I'm going to try some Reverses again this year to compare with the other skis again ( I tried them quite early last year, and have improved a lot since then - returning to skiing after many years of snowboarding). The reverses are quite a likely buy I reckon.

The other set of skis I loved were the Kastle MX88's a friend lent me, to give you an idea of my likes. But the cost is rather off-putting, I don't ski as much as he does to justify them.

Cheers,
Paul.
