Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Only once and although a basic chalet in Meribel it was a real bargain as a last minute deal. The main thing for me was the food which was good and pretty much unlimited wine. I'd certainly consider them again.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

I stayed in Chalet Vallon, Meribel with them in late Feb/early March 2011. Group of about 10 of us which I didn't organsie. Nice "chalet", although it was just a big 2 floor apartment. Not a bad location just going up the hill a little towards the rond pont sector, directly opposite a bus stop (although the bus times seemed a bit daft - towards la chauvanne @ 09:00 and 09:25 only - but that's not ski france's fault)

Transfers to /from Grenoble (not my favourite airport) - just a typical transfer, lots of faffing as you might expect, grenoble as dull as usual
Chalet Hosts - couple of youngish lads, quite good at the cooking/cleaing, decentish portion sizes, drinkable wine. very keen on 'running out the door' when finished their work for the evening. I guess us oldies we're too crumbly to chat too..
Rep - Excellent, really dealt very well indeed with one of group who bust her ACL on day 1 run 1. Very attentive, lots of helping out, sorting out lifts, medic stuff, pharmacy trips etc.

Would I book with them again - possibly. Personally I felt a little 'by the numbers' that you get with bigger firms, and overall not as good as a crystal trip some 6 weeks earlier, but that was with the best chalet hosts I've ever had.
