Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Ski flex comparison, can anyone help?

Hi All,

My 4FRNT MSP's are getting old and I want a new ski.

I was hoping I would get time to demo some on my holidays this year, because of the excellent conditions I didnt.

I find my 4FRNT's quite stiff as I only weigh 60kg's. This is not a bad thing at all, at speed and holding edge i find them very solid, but I have no comparison due to not skiing aything else this year,

so has anyone skiied any of below and if so can you give me any idea of the flex/stiffness of the ski.

Armada ARV's 185
Line Blend's
K2 Kung Fuja's

Can anyone help

Cheers Andy

line blends are soft
arvs are medium flex(according to armada it's 5/10 in the tip 6/10 in the tail and 7/10 in the waist)
not sure about kung fujas

Fujas are a pretty similar flex to the blend, little bit softer so I think they could be pretty good for your weight. I think I would either go blend or fuja, personally think that the ARV is dated and begging to be replaced!

I felt the Kung Fujas were a little soft, especially in the tail, but that's down to how I like a ski to feel.. YMMV
