Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Which are the best knee guards?

I hurt my knee last night when my skis went in opposite directions - managed to hit the dry slope hard with the top of my left knee...Im not even sure how?? I hurt my right knee boarding a few months earlier so it's time for knee guards I think as I tend t be going a bit faster these days too.

I need something light, flexible and not too expensive. Do any of you have any preferences ?
Are 661s good? I was looking at the DJ.

I can't totally recall what type of knee pads I have but i think they might be cheap pro-tec ones. One feature to look for is the ones that have a hard shell encased in soft padding. They are better for big icy wipeouts.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Good thinking yes, I've been looking around and gone for 661 Kyle Straits. they arrived this morning so I'll give em a go over the weekend - knee permitting.

They must fit and be long enough over the knee and 6 cm up leg mine have for gates, some WC guys use very high. Plastic racing you are in the hands of lady luck if you crash, friends look like Michelin man with padding, but on 155cm if they wheelie you are going to hurt something.
