Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Half-board package from 17 March, ski-in, ski-out-ish, for mother and son?

A colleague of mine's wife and 15 y o son, red-run skiers, want to go for a week from 17 March, staying half-board but not in a chalet, somewhere they can ski nearly from the door, and maybe somewhere with a pool and/or sauna etc.

I've suggested Austria as deals in other countries look more likely self-catering, and hotels/guesthouses in my exp are such good value, but that's not essential.

Their budget is about 1500 pounds incl lift passes and package cost.

I think there should be lots of pre-school-hols bargains around but a quick glance at mainstream tour op deals doesn't throw up anything obvious. Any ideas please?

Crystal are doing Claviere all inclusive hotel for less than £300 now - well that's from Glasgow, not going to look to check other flights as we paid a wee bit more than £300, so don't want to see it if it has dropped anymore! Have a look. Doesn't have pool or sauna though and guess it will be quite basic, but you get breakie packed lunch afternoon tea and dinner, plus free drinks 4.30 - 10.30.

Crystal offering hotel Austria in Obergurgl for £1343 without lift passes. Adult 6 day pass is £232 and as long as son was not born before 1997, lift pass will be £125 to give a total of £1700. Location is ski in and out and hotel has a pool and wellness etc. Obergurgl is very high so good snow is no problem in mid-March. I'll be there on 24th March for a week.
