Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Need help with glove sizing - Burton Pyro Glove

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
YO

I just got a new pair of Burton Pyro gloves but I can't decide if they are fitting me correctly or not...

They don't feel all that small around my hand, but the adjustable wrist strap seems to be a little high up my hand for my liking.
It sits right between the base of my palm and the top of my wrist, if I bend my wrist back the bottom of my hand sticks out from the strap a little bit.

this just doesn't feel right...I am thinking about exchanging for an XL however I am then worried that they will be too big...

Anyone have any tips for me?

Apologies, I am a complete noob and have never bought gear before or spent much time in the snow for that matter :-/

It sounds like you should get the larger size glove. But really, it probably doesn't matter that much. The edges of your skis will probably rip the gloves to shreds after a few days anyway (from when you take your skis off and pick them up).
