Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Hi All

I'm setting off from Lincolnshire on Sunday the 11th of March, going via London to get the midnight(ish) channel tunnel over to France for a week of skiing & boarding

I am staying nr Montgenevre to visit my Nephew who is working the season there, but will be out skiing and snowboarding with him a few hours a day when he isnt at work, and then hitting the slopes myself when he's at work.... but as I have a twin room booked there is a spare bed for someone to share in a cheap ski holiday, and also for you to hang around the slopes with me/us too!

I'm mid 30's intermediate Snowboarder & Good/Advanced Skier

In one direction there is access to either the Montgenevre Ski Area, and beyond that the Milky Way Ski Area in to Italy, and in the other direction there is Briancon, Serre Chevalier & Monetier Ski Area, so you wont be disappointed.

I'm happy to drive though the night with a few stops to get to the Alps for day one of skiing around 10am, although I think it may be an early night for me on that day. I have a nice new Audi A4 Avant S-Line which is big enough for luggage, ski's & snowboards…. And comfy leather seats for the journey!

Heading back afternoon of Sunday 18th to get back to London that night for work the next day!
