Poster: A snowHead
|
I bought a pair of Nordica Beast 12 boots last season, which are now in safely locked away in my apartment in France. I need to find out the sole length of these boots for a binding fitting to a new pair of skis. Any idea where I can find this information? The boots are mondo size 25.5 (Euro 39'ish). I've tried the Nordica website but its all flash and no info - typical of most equipment websites sadly

Its probably too late now but try TKC Sales Ltd, Keynsham. They are the UK distributors for Nordica, they could tell you.

Is it not somewhere on the boot, we've a collection of different boos and they all have the sole length on them . Most of them are near the heel piece .

rob@rar.org.uk, Sorry only just come across your post.
My mate has last years Beast 10's in 25.5 & his sole length is 295mm. He reckons it the same boot just softer flex so the sole length should be the same.

Thanks guys. Anything Technical and Nordica's website both confirmed a sole length of 295mm. New skis have duly arrived. All I need now is snow, a hill and preferably some gates to play with! Roll on November...

a word of caution. measure the boot sole length as opposed to relying upon what is stamped on the heel!
