Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

davidof, Having had a chunk of one of my sites C+P recently I have established that there is little one can do to prevent it, the best is to hope for a credit.

You are 100% correct, in this digital age IP is dead and anyone who's business model depends on it hasn't got a business. Well I'm not a business so don't care too much.

So what people may ask?

Well in my case I don't bother doing any research for my website these days or writing in depth articles as anything interesting will just get copied elsewhere. The future is user generated content, like snowheads or the best example: facebook.

Boredsurfing, I had a huge chunk of mine copied once and then the little thief had the audacity to claim he could support the skills he had nicked word for word from me (without asking). He then approached me - having already posted my information under his name and wanted to enter into a business relationaship where he would get the work and top slice it before sub-contracting it to me - effectively earning without doing anything. He was unknown in the industry and I am afraid I told him to take a running jump of a tall cliff!
