When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Ski hire in Morillon Village

Hi, can anyone recommend a ski hire shop in Morillon Village please. We are staying about 1 km from the centre of Morillon. Not sure whether to hire near to the chalet or near to the cable car. Pascal and Twinner have come up on searches. Thanks.

Apologies my post was more in respect of your accomodation as i m an owner at that development and wanted to get some guest feedback as to what you thought of it.

stefoy4me, I shall be glad to give you some feedback when we return. My initial reservations are that it seems quite far away from the gondola and the village! There appear to be buses every 15 minutes in the morning. The first Linea Rose leaving at 8.40 getting us to the Morillon Telecabine at 8.55 There is a Linea Rouge from there at 8.55 that takes 10 minutes to get to the GME, so might try that one day.
Any ideas for a skiing itinerary would be gratefully received! We arrive at lunchtime, and will need to sort ski hire and lift passes. We are hoping to get a few hours in that day.. Then we have 3 full days. We will need to find our ski legs, but after that we should all be ok with reds.
Am I correct in thinking that we won't need photos for ski passes?
