Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

March deals / solo beginner looking for budget trip

Hi guys, I'm quite new to boarding and have come into it solo (friends have normal jobs!!), I'd like to see if it's possible to gather 4/6 people together for one of the many good deals in March - seem to be plenty to France.

* Also be glad to join any current groups looking for extra people.

I'd be travelling from Birmingham UK and looking to spend sub £500 for flight/accommodation/lift pass.

I'm 27, artist in the w midlands, very chilled and easy to get on with.. Would be great to go with some other beginners, but anything would be grand.

Flyingturtle, if your ideas for a group don't come together, have a look at the holidays at UCPA centres, sold in the UK through Action Outdoors. They're terrific value and their formula means they are very sociable - always someone to have a beer with in the evening. Cost a bit more than £500 BUT they include full board and (very good) tuition.

Hi if you dont find a group to go im going to chamonix march 9th for about 10 days. its a brill spot, got very cheap NICE accomm in a hostel for 16euros. was there for 2 weeks in jan and had a fab hol, hence the second!!! Razz
