Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Rossignol radical rx ibox world cup...impressions?

I have been offered a pair of these in 175 that are virtually unused , they are from 2008

On having a look at them and hand flexing they are not as stiff as i expected.

Anyone skied them and give me an impression.

I am not going to race them! but have had fischer rc4 worldcup sc before as a free ski which were brill, but I really hated volkl racetiger gs, which seemed much stiffer from memory then these radicals.

I use 9x and they are the biz for piste murder. Very stiff. Never heard of therse ones.

klammer, Thanks, well they were a good price, so i purchased them, bindings alone are easily worth what i paid, so they will be interesting to try. Hand flexing them they are less stiff then my rc4's

I think that's what they call their stock/ FIS compliant GS skis. Presumably the 175s are the junior version. I have some too, but they're 191 and a fair bit stiffer than Fischer Worldcup RC/SCs. Top skis though.
