When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Next After Supershape Magnums. Advice Please.

I've been on Head Magnums for the past 3 seasons and am looking for a change. The Magnums are awesome bits of kit, however they require a fair bit of effort to really get them working especially at slower speeds.
I'm looking for a ski that will give me the same edge hold and superb carve, track and turn characteristics of the Magnums, but will be a little more compliant at slower speeds. At 47 last week, the candles are now taking up most of the cake. wink

i switched from magnums to Titans Toofy Grin

perhaps look at that peak series they are less stiff and more forgiving..

shoogly, they are great skis and for me are my favourite all rounders... work just fine for side of piste off piste stuff and really rip on piste
