If anybody is skiing/boarding in the Three Valleys on the 18th February week and would like to ski/board buddy up please let me know (first time I've gone skiing alone and a bit nervous about it all!)

Me and three work colleagues are going 19th to 26th. staying in meribel. you?? im boarding they are skiing would be good to have someone to board with.

A group of us will be in Chalet Suzanne in Meribel all week from 19th February. We will be in Jacks Bar most afternoons straight from the piste. Look us up - bright orange ski pants. You are very welcome to ski/board with us, we're all solos who have linked up through Snowheads. I hate skiing alone so I'm always looking for other solos to join. I enjoy the whole bonhomie of skiing in a group so there is always someone up for a drink or some off-piste and you're not tied to keeping other people happy if there is a large crowd. Thanks for all your replies - i'm actually having to stay in Brides Les Bains which might be a bit of a drag but very excited about another year in the 3 Valleys with record snow levels and French cheeses I'm spoilt for choice!
If anyone is arriving in Chambery on the 18th and fancies a lift i'm thinking of hiring a car?
Would definitely be up for Jacks Bar (so will keep bright orange ski pants in mind) i'll be the one with half a silvery/grey fox (faux just in case there are any animal rights members) around my head! That sounds brilliant - i'll PM you my number.
I'm a good intermediate skier and can pretty much get down anything (although moguls are kept for morning sessions only). Am contemplating doing a ski course on alternate mornings...

littlemiss, you'll be far and away down in Brides Les Bains, but at least you have the warm baths! I'll be up in Mottaret at the top in Le Hameau. PM me if you're interested in skiing some Mont Vallon.

it's because Bev is "down a crevasse" - I think that means she's not provided an email address.

I don't know how to get out of the crevasse!!!! I have provided an email and some people have managed to use it but it is sporadic. Any tips? Brought you out of the crevasse, you should be able to send and receive PMs now. It usually happens when emails from snowheads get "bounced" by your ISP
