Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Serre chevalier grande galaxie lift pass

Trying to fathom out if the lift pass for serre che includes one away day at the other grande galaxie resorts in total or one day at each. Ie serr che one day, montgenevre another, adh another etc etc....the info on the varis serre che websites is not clear...we will be getting an 8 day pass so want to explore other resorts on 2 or 3 days( will have car) . Anyone with first hand experience of skiing other resorts using the grande galaxie pass ? Your advice would be most welcome. Thanks

Its one away day at each, I have skied them all and they are all worthwhile, heavy snow occasionally closes the col du Lautaret which cuts of Deux Alpes and Ad'H but you are better off sticking with the tree lined skiing in Serre Che in the snow. Ad'H is a bit of a treck, if is windy (westerly) I would try PSV.

One day in each. In Montgenevre and the Italian resorts you'll need to go to the ticket office for a pass (different electronic system) but in the others your pass will work as it does in Serre Chevalier.
