Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

ESF opened at Les Arcs 1950?

Poster: A snowHead
Hi we are heading to les arcs 1950 next week - having booked through a TO i have just found out our ski school is ESF, not Spirit 1950 as we had thought. Our big thing was using a school based in the village so that we had no rush in or travel in the morning for lessons (first ski holiday with 3 kids under 8 - simplicity is vital!). The TO says that ESF Now have a ski school in 1950....but I can't find any info about this online. Will we have to head up to Arc 2000 for ski garden for the kids. It's now got all too confusing Puzzled Any help appreciated

Yes, ESF now have an office in Arc 1950, and presumably a meeting point in the village as well. It's new this season.

rob@rar, Will the kids be using the snow garden at Arc 2000...I am assuming ESF don't have a snow garden in 1950?

CosmoJo, not entirely certain how kids' lessons operate in 1950/2000 (I'm based in Arc 1800) but I guess that will be the case. There is a very small snow garden in 1950, but it's not big enough to cope with more than a couple of groups of kids without becoming full.

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

Why not ring ESF and ask them?
