Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Sunny Sunday in Verbier

The snow this week has freshened things up in Verbier. Officially it's Lac de Vaux, La Chaux and Attelas to Ruinettes open but lots of people skiing all the way back into town. Busier than last Sunday - the Le Chable car park was almost full at 10am!

Looking back up towards Mt Gele. The 3 pistes are all open, the cannons were blowing and the off piste bowl was full of nice powdery snow if pretty much tracked out


Still a few freshies to be had on the far side


Lots of snow has blown into Vallon d'Arbi alas La Tzoumaz lift was shut so no way back...


Skinned up above Col des Mines. Warm in the sunshine


Attelas couloirs are open but rocky


Nicer round the other side of Col des Mines


Decent cover on the path down to town


A bit more fresh this week and the Kuros will take over....

super sunny the arlberg today as well..4C..every type of snow condition on the mountain, which was good as doing a avi course.
