Big piles up at Plan. The temps must be nice and low.

From an outsider... the amount of effort people put in to slide down a mountain must seem insane!

Obergurgl, Ischgl, Bormio and Val Thorens seem to be leading at the moment.

Obergurgl wins first prize in my book.
Cos of the temperature inversion quite a few of the Austrian resorts have made snow lower down but not higher up which is kind of weird. Ah well, at least some snow to ski on come Christmas.
The next step must be for a resort to cover the artificial snow pistes with a giant dome, a bit like the one in the Simpsons movie.
