Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Looking for accomodation and ski buds Niseko early Feb

Hi

I'm out in Chamonix for most of the season but getting booted out of my flat 4-12 Feb. Was going to take the week before or after (prob more likely) off and get out to Niseko for a fortnight. Those out in Japan at the same time prepare for no snow. Cursed the last couple of years.

Will probably go out anyway and stay at a lodge but would rather crash with someone I know already who can show me the best spots and up for a few drinks. I am waiting to hear from one guy out there but thought I'd try to get organised. I don't need luxury at all and happy to pay decent cash but would like to be near the lifts and night life.

I'm a 33 year old, laid back guy. Good skier so I won't hold anyone back and up for touring/backcountry. Based in London so happy to meet for a beer first.

If anyone can give any recs on decent other accomodation also much appreciated if noone has any room.

Timberwolf, Cheers for the link. Looks cool but 2013 only though unless I'm being blind.

Also looking for peeps who fancy a trip out there around then to save on accomodation.
