Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Accommodation for 3 singles in Westendorf

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
Hi All,
This is my first time organising a DIY trip for myself and 2 freinds. I have picked the dates, 25th Feb to 3rd March. I have picked the place, Westendorf, flights are booked. And now the problem, we are of that age (40's) that single rooms are required. I have tried a few places but getting 3 single rooms seems to be difficult. Does anyone know of a B&B or chalet, that could accommodate us? or am I better off looking for 2 bedroom apartment, and someone gets the pull out sofa in the living room? or can someone come up with another option?
All help appreciated,
Thanks,
Wakkitt..

wakkitt, try the SkiWelt tourist board. Single rooms are very common in Austria hotels so I'm sure there will be something suitable.

wakkitt, Try booking.com and hotels.com to see if your request is doable.

What is the problem with the Austrian style doubles? It is two matresses, two pillows and two seperate duvets all inside a large double bed frame. Are your guys so untrusting of each other? Laughing

You will maybe find it easier to look for a multi-bed room. These tend to have single beds and generally loads of space for everything else. Look for a 4-bed room with "Etagebetten" (bunk beds).
