He's had something like 2 speed event podium places out of 40.
Kostelic would be better compared to people such as Ingemar Stenmark or Benjamin Raich. Klammer would be better compared to Stephen Eberharter, Hermann Maier or Bode Miller.
It also depends on wether you are comparing prime to prime, best season or overall achievement etc. e.g. Klammer probably put in the best single downhill run but Eberharter achieved more in the downhill within one season. Eberharter also had stronger competition (e.g. Maier).
