Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Already booked 1/2 term with wife & kids in Soldeu and looking to get 1 or 2 more weeks in somewhere, either joining group on existing booking or, as I did last year take a late booking with someone from this forum.

Hi tangowaggon,

I don't know if it helps but we have some single rooms in Chalet Campanules - link in my tag line - and we don't make a supplement for these. The chalet is pretty sociable and usually has a good mix of people - if you want to book a week with other solo skiiers pm me and I can send you details.

Best wishes,
Heather

I'll probably be looking to go somewhere around my birthday in late March...I'm a strong skier, but currently rehabing my ACL so will likely be looking to ease into the season before committing. Plan is to do some skinning up/easy downs in the Pyrenees the first part of the year and then figure out the rest.

Hanifsnow, What are the eating plans?, don't think my wallet is fat enough to eat out in courchevel?
Snow and Sunshine, I'll give this one some thought, never been to LP, sounds like chalet is good socially. Always found that CC is best for social

Hi tangowaggon,

Glad you like the look of the chalet. Yes - we tend to find that it is pretty sociable, especially in weeks where we've got mixed groups so everyone mingles and gets to know each other.

Happy planning!

It is Chalet Bachal with Skiworld. All ensuite, would be sharing with another female. Flights included are Gatwick or elsewhere with a supplement. There is one beginner on the trip going in to ski school, rest are intermediate to expert. There are two chalets full of solo skiers so no couples or kids will be involved. We are all meeting in London at the end of November.

Chalet Bachal looks good. Which room/s are still available? Do you know what time the flight from Gatwick leaves? How much is the deposit? What is the next step?

And love to help out and answer questions and of course, read each other's snow reports.

Hello, How many spaces are available on the Meribel trip in Jan? I am looking to go skiing around that time, could you tell me how much the lift pass is? and how much extra is a flight from Birmingham? Also what is the age range?

Many Thanks,

At the moment it looks like I have completely flexible work from mid December for possibly the whole ski season, so no need to book anything in advance, just wait for the right friday afternoon deal, put down my toolbag, pick up the ski bag and go!.

Hi Everyone,

Cold Fusion Chalets caters exclusively for people travelling alone and we can guarantee that you will be with other singles whichever week you choose throughout the whole ski season.

The people we accommodate are social people looking to enjoy a traditional chalet holiday with a ready-made group of friends to ski/snowboard with during the day and to socialise with in the evenings.

We operate 3 chalets in Chamonix and Morzine.

We also offer specialised weeks for Advanced skiers and snowboarders, as well as beginners weeks, beginner progressions weeks, snowboard only weeks, etc...

Full details can be seen on our website: www.coldfusionchalets.co.uk

Any questions please don’t hesitate to contact us by e-mail or telephone.

Look forward to hearing from you all soon.

Many Thanks,
Steve
