Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Ski flights in November from Southern England?

 Poster: A snowHead

Good Morning all,

I'm hoping a few of you can help... I've scanned the forums and been looking on the internet for a few days but am drawing a blank.

I want to book a holiday for 2 adults sometime between mid november and early decemeber... I've looked at a few glacier resorts and I'm really not picky on where we go as long as there's snow. My problem is finding flights this early... Bournemouth or Southampton is my preference but I literally have been unable to find anything Sad We'd go further afield like Bristol or Heathrow but I can't really find anything for here either! I wondered if someone knows who/where flys to geneva or somewhere with snow in November? Your help would be much appreciated!

ladders, from H'row you have plenty... Munich, Zurich, Geneva etc. I generally do Munich and then it's a couple of hours drive to Hintertux.

Thank you very much for both your replies... looks like it'll have to be bristol, i didn't know you could search by just 'uk' on skyscanner, that's very handy!

If anyone can come up with somewhere with snow from bournemouth/southampton that would be even better... as far as i can see it doesn't look like an option until mid december.

Thanks for the Bristol-Geneva find, great price too Smile

What Bode Swiller said....the Tux will be great in November.

Flight from LHR to Munich using Lufthansa (£90 rtn including baggage and ski carriage)
Train from Munich to Myerhofen
Taxi bus from Myherhofen to Lanersbach

I can highly recommend the following accomadation in Lanersbach, tell Kuki (owner) that Mark Howkins sent you and she will look after you:

The short (15 mins) free bus up the valley in the morning to the slopes.
