Hey there Fatbob,
This was created in response to a request for a top ten of skiers from some of our Facebook followers who commented that there wasn't one anywhere. We weren't allowed to visit said ladies and take their photo's in person to provide our own. I know some of my colleagues are VERY sorry about that one... 
We network and share links from other sites not just our own. And we hope to provide content that like minded 'Snowheads' would enjoy.
Thanks for your feedback though - all appreciated and taken on board!
