Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Bergmeister, I went to Are later in the year when it was light enough to ski until five. Great place.

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

Now, now. I know it's a sarcastic post, but we wouldn't want to put off someone looking to visit, as long as they are fully informed!
As someone who has actually skiied in Iso-Syote, I can confirm that there are some errors in this screen grab. It certainly isn't out to compete with the 3 valleys, but is a great little beginners resort, with some excellent instructors. And you won't be disappointed with the quality or quantity of snow

And you'd never get altitude sickness!

Resort altitude: 1m
Highest lift: 1m
Longest run: 1km
Better bring the cross-country skis then...

I think it would be a never-forgotten holiday - and worth posting pics in sH afterwards. Wouldn't knock langlauf - looks very energetic.

this says more about the nonsense you get on iglu than about Iso-Syote.
Some of their stuff on smaller resorts is just laughably inaccurate. I can't imagine anyone takes much notice of them.

pam w, ever skied with them? For all I know the OP agrees with you - but it does strike me that Iso-Syote would be quite a place to go. And I think most would check out a small resort before booking for it.

And love to help out and answer questions and of course, read each other's snow reports.

debski, really bad luck with that injury - hope that you're not affected now. Does seem a low amount of instruction for beginners. Did you see the Northern Lights?

well one would hope so but there must be a question mark about having any information at all if some of it so wrong (e.g. the daft suggestion that you can ski from Notre Dame (sic, they mean Notre Dame de Bellecombe) to Chamonix).
