Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

That looks great!

I always ride a toboggan on my front.
I love bodyboarding in the surf (and am pretty good at it it too...he says modestly!).

I'd love to try that....BUT I would be very, VERY, careful about doing it if there were many other skiers or boarders about in case of a collision. Being at the level of their edges there is scope for nasty injury.

Ooooh, I'll send a link to this page to Masque. That beats a teleboard any day. He's just got to add one to his collection Razz

OFFS! rolling eyes It's got brakes and a steering mechanism . . . these alone would put it below the Masque level of acceptable stupidity but the sheer inelegant faff of getting into and out of the contraption has to be cringe-worthy as is the demonstrated sliding. Not even the Dutch could make anything this abhorrent to sliding on snow . . . which is proof that Canada may be a major producer of weed but just isn't using enough.

[As rungsp says re eye-level and other skiiers] I think the injury potential is suitably high though Toofy Grin Madeye-Smiley

This is an even more stupid gaper toy than the snowbike. Skittering sideways on hardpack is one thing, I'd love to see a vid in pow or moguls....
